Ef. I realized I have a stupid life cycle that I keep repeating.
I get complacent. Then I get bored. Then I sign up for things to do. About 8 too many things to do. Then I get overwhelmed and stressed. And then I back away and go into hermit mode.
Rinse. Repeat. Figure out where this is all going. Stop the effing train already - it's not getting me anywhere.
